Cancellation Policy

Advance Booking Requirement All sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Same day or next day appointments are not available. This allows time for preparation and ensures you receive the highest quality session. Payment Payment in full is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. Cancellations and Refunds If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled session time. Cancellations made with 48 hours notice will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will receive a 50 percent refund. No shows are non refundable. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next client. The full session fee will still apply. Nature of Services Intuitive readings, Akashic Records readings, and Reiki sessions are spiritual and energetic services intended for personal insight, growth, and relaxation. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult a licensed professional for medical or mental health concerns.
