Service Description
A Reiki session is a gentle, restorative experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or simply in need of quiet support, Reiki offers a calm and nurturing space to rest your body and mind. Reiki is a Japanese energy practice developed in the early 20th century. It works with universal life force energy, offered through light hand placement on or just above the body. The intention is to support relaxation, encourage balance, and help clear areas where your energy may feel stagnant or unsettled. During your session, you will remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a massage table with a blanket for warmth. I move quietly around you, placing my hands gently in different positions. Many clients notice a soothing warmth, subtle tingling, or a sense of energy flowing. Others simply experience deep calm, mental clarity, or emotional release. Each session lasts approximately 45 to 60 minutes and concludes with time to reflect on your experience. For those who prefer to receive Reiki from home, Distance Reiki is also available. Because energy is not limited by physical space, sessions can be scheduled for a specific time or sent for you to receive when you are ready. Clients often report feeling just as relaxed and supported as they would during an in person session. I also offer Reiki Readings by email. This experience blends Distance Reiki with intuitive insight, providing a thoughtful reflection of your energetic and emotional state. You will receive compassionate guidance, practical suggestions for personal growth, and supportive perspective delivered directly to your inbox. Clients often leave Reiki sessions feeling lighter, more centered, and better equipped to move forward with clarity and steadiness. Whether in person, at a distance, or through a written reading, Reiki offers a quiet space to return to yourself.
Cancellation Policy
Advance Booking Requirement All sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Same day or next day appointments are not available. This allows time for preparation and ensures you receive the highest quality session. Payment Payment in full is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. Cancellations and Refunds If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled session time. Cancellations made with 48 hours notice will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will receive a 50 percent refund. No shows are non refundable. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next client. The full session fee will still apply. Nature of Services Intuitive readings, Akashic Records readings, and Reiki sessions are spiritual and energetic services intended for personal insight, growth, and relaxation.
